EMAE 260: Unwheeled

EMAE 260 is a semester long project based class for mechanical engineers. In the course groups of six students are given one of three challenges to solve throughout the semester. The project is divided into three phases: Project Planning, Conceptual Design, and Detail Design. My groups challenge was to create a system for a bicycle that didn't involve a chain. I had two main roles in this project. First I was the Project Manger, as the Project Manger I was responsible for organizing the the different team members and the project as whole along with the team lead. I also took the lead on the design where I created all of the CAD for the project as well as the writing up the product specifications portions in our design packets.
